Suggestions for Design

Riconoscete questi luoghi?

A selection of my photos was published on PAD-Pages on Arts and Design issue #13, which I co-edited with Marina Parente, Professor at the Politecnico di Milano. This issue was focus on Design for Territories (if you are interested you can download it here and here). The editor-in-chief, Marinella Ferrara and the publisher LetteraVentidue decided to renovate PAD journal and to host in each issue a photographer (or an artist) who would tell by images the debated topic. So, I was fortuned enough to initiate this new and interesting format.

Do you recognize any of these places?

Photographer Carla Sedini, co-editor with Marina Parente of this issue, gave us permission to publish a selection of images about “design that is not there”, “design that may be” and “tacit design” within urban territories around the world. We hope that many creatives will interpret the “Suggestions for Design” launched here.
